Healthy Eating Guidelines For Your Vegetarian Toddler: 1 - 3 Years [Vietnamese] Permalink Public

The word vegetarian means different things to different people. Many vegetarians avoid animal foods including meat, fish, seafood and poultry but will drink milk (lacto vegetarian) and eat other milk products and eggs (lacto ovo vegetarian). Vegans are vegetarians who avoid all animal foods. Like all toddlers, vegetarian toddlers need to eat a variety of foods to grow and develop well. (Vietnamese)
