Think you or your loved one need Long-Term Care? (Fraser Health) [English] Permalink Public

Long-Term care funded by Fraser Health is a service for adult/seniors with complex medical and/or physical conditions with or without dementia, who do not have the supports in their home to manage and require 24-hour access to nursing care. Long-Term care is not a housing option. It should only be considered after trialing all other resources while still living in your home.
