Fraser Health’s Opioid Agonist Treatment clinics provide comprehensive care and facilitate connections to other healthcare services and community supports (e.g. Primary Care, counselling etc.). To comply with Part C, Division 1 of the Food and Drug Regulations for drugs on Part A of the "List of Opioids", pharmacists and practitioners must provide this patient information handout from Health Canada at the time of giving an opioid drug when going home from the hospital or on a temporary pass.
