Swan Neck Deformity in Inflammatory Arthritis (Fraser Health) [English] Permalink Public
What Is a Swan Neck Deformity? Inflammation occurs in the big knuckle or middle joint of the finger, and structures that support the finger joints become stretched. Tendons that move the finger joints slip out of place and can become tight. The middle joint over-straightens, the end joint bends. Over time this can become fixed. (English) Colour
