Blocked Tear Ducts (Child) [Chinese - Traditional] Permalink Public
Tears clean the eyes and keep the surface of the eyes moist. They are a clear fluid that is produced all the time by the tear glands (lacrimal glands) and flows down across the surface of the eye.
