Herpangina is an infection caused by a virus. It causes small red spots to appear at the back of the mouth. These spots then become little fluid-filled sacs (vesicles) that quickly pop, leaving small ulcers or sores. The ulcers are very small, only about 2 to 4 millimetres wide (about 1/8 of an inch). They can be very painful and may cause your child to refuse food and water. Audio available. (Punjabi)

Ectopic Pregnancy and Methotrexate (Fraser Health) [Punjabi] Permalink Public
The most common place for an ectopic pregnancy is in a fallopian tube. If the pregnancy continues to grow here, the tiny fallopian tube can burst open. A burst fallopian tube results in serious and possibly life-threatening internal bleeding. To protect you, the ectopic pregnancy must be ended. Consulting with a specialist (an obstetrician/gynecologist), we have given you a medication called ‘methotrexate’ to end your ectopic pregnancy. This medication usually stops the growth of the pregnancy. (Punjabi) Colour

Cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) is a small electronic device used to treat heart failure. It delivers tiny amounts of electrical impulses to the heart causing both ventricles to pump together in a coordinated way. There are 2 types of these devices: a CRT pacemaker (CRT-P) and a CRT defibrillator (CRT-D). Both can send an electrical impulse to your heart, triggering a heartbeat when needed. A CRT-D can also deliver a life-saving shock to return the heart rhythm back to normal. (Punjabi)
